I further understand that providing false or inaccurate information can result in the denial of an adoption. I am ready to make a commitment to feed, protect, shelter, and care for my dog for the rest of his/her life. 2nd Chance Dog Rescue, Inc. reserves the right to refuse adoption for any reason. Adoptions are not made on a first come, first served basis. I understand that if I adopt a dog from 2nd Chance Dog Rescue, Inc., this Application will become a part of the Adoption Contract and part of the legally binding terms and conditions contained therein.
